Our Services

We offer a wide range of medical services, including general neurology office visits, neurofunctional testing, ANS (autonomic nervous system) testing, EEGs (electroencephalogram), TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) treatment, Alzheimer Detection blood tests, and other procedures in our office. Welcome to Neurology Clinic of Jacksonville. We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Anthem, Blue Shield of California, Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna and most other commercial plans. Please contact us to verify coverage of your plan. We ask that you please: Arrive 15-to-20 minutes before your appointment. Bring your insurance cards and picture ID/Driver’s License. Bring your list of all current medications or all medication bottles. Bring any previous neurologic testing results (MRI, CT scan, EEG, EMG/Nerve conduction study, etc.)
